Our role is not simply to connect a buyer with a supplier. We want to understand the supply behind the coffee and the requirements of the buyer before progressing a commercial opportunity.
This means looking at quality, traceability, documentation, commercial capability and responsible practices.

We value accurate documentation and compliance with relevant commercial, export and import requirements.
RESPONSIBLE SOURCING
People and communities matter.
We do not want commercial growth to come at the expense of people working throughout the coffee supply chain.
We support responsible sourcing practices and expect appropriate attention to worker welfare, human rights and the prevention of forced or child labour.

Origin
Understanding the farm, producer, cooperative or region behind the coffee where information is available.

Understanding how coffee is processed, prepared, graded and handled before export.
